Fit Is Everything

Therapists and psychologists offer a range of services and treatment types. Important to note, however, that the relationship itself may be the most influential factor in your success in getting what you want out of therapy.

Being rigorously honest in therapy is key. It is more likely you will feel free to share your innermost thoughts and feelings if you feel safe (and not judged).

Also keep in mind, one therapist might be great for your friend, but not so much for you. Fit is everything.
